Porcelain dental veneers are one of the most popular OKC smile makeover options that we offer. With dental veneers, you can enhance your smile’s overall appearance in just a couple of visits.
What are Dental Veneers?
Veneers are cosmetic restorations that we bond to the front of your upper front teeth. Depending on how wide your smile is, you may need anywhere from 6-8 veneers or more. Each porcelain shell is handcrafted to fit snuggly to the front of each tooth, immediately transforming the way it looks when you smile.
What Do Veneers Do?
By placing several veneers side-by-side, our Oklahoma City cosmetic dentist can address concerns like:
- Crowding or gaps between teeth
- Uneven, chipped enamel
- Discoloration and stains
- Atypical tooth shape
Placing veneers side-by-side creates symmetry and improves aesthetics across several teeth at one time. Since each veneer is precisely crafted to meet our aesthetic standards, your new smile will appear whiter, straighter, and properly shaped. Each of our OKC smile makeover clients get to play a hands-on role in the way they want their new veneers to look.

With Dr. Vinh Vu
Dr. Vu and the team at Dynamic Dental are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We take the time to listen to your needs & set forth an individualized treatment plan.
The Dental Veneers Process
Getting porcelain veneers starts with a consultation with our OKC cosmetic dentists. We’ll discuss what concerns you have about your smile’s appearance and how veneers can help to address them. You can even share photos of how you would like your teeth to look (or not look). Then, we’ll plan a proposed design that best compliments your overall profile. You can even select the shade and hue of the color of porcelain you prefer.
After we’ve answered all of your questions, reviewed your care plan, and discussed any financing options, you can decide what to do next. If you’re ready to begin treatment, we’ll schedule you for two appointments: the prep visit and the final placement.
Your preparation appointment will involve a small amount of numbing medication as we slightly reduce the thickness of enamel on the front of your teeth. Then, we’ll take a set of impressions for our lab and fit you with a set of temporary veneers to minimize any sensitivity. About two weeks later, you’ll return to our office in Oklahoma City to have the porcelain veneers permanently bonded into place.
Daily Maintenance and Home Care
It’s important that you thoroughly brush and floss around your dental veneers daily. Our cosmetic dentist also recommends wearing a nightguard when you sleep, to prevent any chips or fractures if you grind your teeth. Plan to schedule a checkup with us every six months to ensure your smile is healthy.
